【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsforPVC-coveredconductorsforoverheadpowerlines.TwotypesofPVC-coveredconductorhavebeenstandardizedbythedesignationofminimumthicknessofcoveringasfollows:a)Type8:0.8mm;b)Type16:1.6mm.Type8isintendedforuseonlywheretheoperatingvoltageofthepowerlinesdoesnotexceed650Vr.m.s.betweenanytwoconductorsor250Vr.m.s.betweenanyconductorandearth.Undertheseoperatingconditions,itissuitablefor:a)crossingsoftelecommunicationlinestoguardagainstcontact;b)proximitiestotelecommunicationlinestoguardagainstcontact;c)lines(particularlyservicelines)accessiblefrombuildings.Type16isintendedforuseonlywheretheoperatingvoltageofthepowerlineexceeds650Vr.m.sbetweenanytwoconductorsor250Vr.m.s.betweenanyconductorandearth,butdoesnotnormallyexceed11kVr.m.s.betweenconductorsor6.6kVr.m.s.betweenanyconductorandearth.Theearthingoftheneutralpointofthesystemthroughanarc-suppressioncoilisnotprecluded,ifarrangementsexistforclearingearthfaultswithoutunduedelay.Undertheseoperatingconditions,type16issuitableforcrossingsoftelecommunicationlinesandproximitiestothem.
