【摘要】:Thedocumentspecifiesthesampling,themeasurementofcolourinHazenunits,determinationofdistillationcharacteristics,determinationofdensityat20?C,determinationofresidueonevaporation,determinationofwatercontent,determinationofthecloudpointandthedeterminationofcarbondisulphidecontent.TheprincipleoftheCS2determinationisbasedonreactionofthecarbondisulphide,inthepresenceofCu(II)ionsanddiethylamine,toformcopperdiethyldithiocarbamate.Thiscompoundissolubleintheproductwhichistestedgivingayellowcolourtheintensityofwhichisafunctionofthecarbondisulphidecontent.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandassociatedtestmethodsapplicabletoductileironpipes,fittings,accessoriesandtheirjointsfortheconstructionofpipelines:-toconveywater(e.g.potablewater);-withorwithoutpressure;-tobeinstalledbeloworaboveground.Thisstandardisapplicabletopipes,fittingsandaccessorieswhichare:-manufacturedwithsocketed,flangedorspigotends;-normallydeliveredexternallyandinternallycoated;-suitableforfluidtemperaturesbetween0℃and50℃,excludingfrost.Thisstandardcoverspipes,fittingsandaccessoriescastbyanytypeoffoundryprocessormanufacturedbyfabricationofcastcomponents,aswellascorrespondingjoints,inasizerangeextendingfromDN40toDN2000,inclusive.Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsformaterials,dimensionsandtolerances,mechanicalpropertiesandstandardcoatingsofductileironpipesandfittings.Italsogivesperformancerequirementsforallcomponentsincludingjoints.Jointdesignandgasketshapesareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.NOTEInthisstandard,allpressuresarerelativepressures,expressedinbars(100kPa=1bar).
