【摘要】:Thisguideestablishesarecommendedprocedureforathrowingrescuetoensurethesafetyofallwaterrescuerswhomaybeinvolvedinrescuetechniquesatawaterrescueemergency.Thiswaterrescuetechniquecanbeutilizedfromland,boat,oranystableplatform.Allpersonswhoareidentifiedaswaterrescuersshallmeettherequirementsofthisguide.Thisguideisintendedtoassistgovernmentagencies,state,local,andregionalorganizations;firedepartments;rescueteamsandotherswhoareresponsibleforestablishingaminimumperformanceforpersonnelwhorespondtowateremergencies.Theprocedureoutlinedinthedocumentmayvarywiththenumberandtypeofvictims,andwaterconditions.1.1Thisguidecoverstherecommendedproceduresforthrowingawaterrescuethrowbag.1.2Thisguideisoneinaseriesofwaterrescuetechniquesforthewaterrescuer.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
