【摘要】:ThispartofISO12967providesguidanceforthedescription,planninganddevelopmentofnewsystems,aswellasfortheintegrationofexistinginformationsystems,bothwithinoneenterpriseandacrossdifferenthealthcareorganizations,throughanarchitectureintegratingthecommondataandbusinesslogicintoaspecificarchitecturallayer(i.e.themiddleware),distinctfromindividualapplicationsandaccessiblethroughoutthewholeinformationsystemthroughservices,asshowninFigure2.ThispartofISO12967isalsoindependentfrom,anddoesnotimplyeitherexplicitlyorimplicitly,anyspecifictechnologicalsolutionorproductforitsdeployment.Accordingly,theformalizationofthearchitectureaccordingtotwolowerlevelsoftheODPreferencemodel,theengineeringandtechnologyviewpoints,isoutsidethescopeofthispart.ThelanguageandnotationsusedhereforspecifyingthearchitecturearebasedonUML(UnifiedModellingLanguage)complementedbycasestudiesandotherparadigmswidelyutilizedbyotherstandardsinhealthinformatics.Thelevelofthespecificationiscompleteandnon-ambiguousenoughtoallowitsimplementationintothespecificphysicalandtechnologicalscenariosadoptedbythevarioushealthcareorganizationsandvendors.Forthisexercise,itisrecommendedtofollowthemethodologyformalizedbytheEngineeringandTechnologyviewpointsoftheRMODPReferencemodel.
