【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsforplasticizedcelluloseacetatebutyratethermoplasticcompoundssuitableforinjectionmoldingandextrusion.Thesecompoundshaveabutyrylcontentlessthan38%andanacetylcontentlessthan15%andmayormaynotcontaindyesandpigments.Thisspecificationdoesnotincludespecialmaterialscompoundedforspecialapplications.Cellulosicplasticmaterials,beingthermoplastic,arereprocessableandrecyclable.Thisspecificationallowsfortheuseofthosecellulosicmaterials,providedthatallspecificrequirementsofthisspecificationaremet.Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplications.ThesemaybespecifiedbyusingthesuffixesasgiveninSection5.Thisclassificationsystemandsubsequentlinecallout(specification)areintendedtoprovideameansofcallingoutplasticmaterialsusedinthefabricationofenditemsorparts.Itisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials.Materialselectionshouldbemadebythosehavingexpertiseintheplasticfieldaftercarefulconsiderationofthedesignandperformancerequiredofthepart,environmenttowhichitwillbeexposed,fabricationprocesstobeemployed,costsinvolved,andinherentpropertiesofthematerialotherthanthosecoveredbythisclassificationsystem.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1-ThereisnoequivalentorsimilarISOstandard.
