【摘要】:Thistechnicalreportgivesguidancefortheinterpretationofdissolvedgasanalysis(DGA)whichhasbeendevelopedforbushings,inservice,wherethemaininsulation(generallypaper)isimpregnatedwithmineralinsulatingoilaccordingtoIEC60296.Thistechnicalreportisapplicabletooil-filledandimpregnatedpaperbushingsinservice.Untilfurtherexperiencehasbeengained,themethodsshouldbeappliedwithcautioninrelationtoothermaterials,e.g.synthetichydrocarbonsbasedondodecylbenzene,accordingtoIEC60867.Theindicationobtainedbytheinterpretationofadissolvedgasanalysisofanoilsampletakenoutofabushingshouldbeviewedasaguideandanyresultingactionshouldbeundertakenwithproperengineeringjudgement.

【摘要】:ThepresentPartoftheStandardspecifiestheidentificationandquantificationproceduresofthesampledPCDDs/PCDFs.Itisanintegralpartofthecompletemeasurementprocedure.TheuseoftheothertwoPartsofthisStandard,EN1948-1:1996andEN1948-2:1996,describingsamplingandextractionandclean-up,respectively,isnecessaryforthedeterminationofthePCDDs/PCDFs.ThisStandardhasbeendesignedtomeasurePCDD/PCDFconcentrationsatabout0,1ngI-TEQ/minstationarysourceemissions.ThisStandardspecifiesbothmethodvalidationandaframeworkofqualitycontrolrequirementswhichhavetobefulfilledbyanyPCDD/PCDFidentificationandquantificationmethodstobeapplied.SomemethodsaredescribedindetailinannexAasexamplesofprovenprocedures.Eachofthethreesamplingmethods(Part1)canbecombinedwiththeextractionandclean-up(Part2)andtheidentificationandquantificationtocompletethemeasurementprocedure.Duringcomparisonmeasurementsonamunicipalwasteincineratoratthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/mthesethreemethodshavebeendeemedcomparablewithintheexpectedrangeofuncertainty.Validationtrialswereperformedonthefluegasofmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/mandadustloadingoffrom1mg/mto15mg/m.Inprincipleitisnotpossibletoevaluatetheaccuracy(truenessandprecision)ofemissionmeasurements.Followingthevalidationtrialstheinternalandexternalvariabilitieswerecalculatedfortheprocessconsideredandaregiveninclause13.ThesevariabilitiesgiveanindicationofthevariabilitieswhichhavebeenobservedwhenusingthisStandardandneedtobetakenintoaccountwhenexpressingresults.TheproceduredescribedinthethreepartsoftheEN1948:1996laysdownrequirementsinordertomeasureevery2,3,7,8-chlorinesubstitutedPCDD/PCDFcongenerrequiredtocalculatethetotalI-TEQ(seetableA.1ofEN1948-1:1996).
