【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60534definesthetestingandreportingofthestepresponseofcontrolvalvesthatareusedinthrottlingclosed—loopcontrolapplications．Acontrolvalveconsistsofthecomplete,ready-to-useassemblyofthecontrolvalvebody,theactuator,andanyrequiredaccessories．Themostprobableaccessoryisavalvepositioner．NOTEForbackground,refertotechnicalreportANSI／ISA-TR7525．02[6]Theobjectofthisstandardistodefinehowtotest,measure,andreportcontrolvalveresponsecharacteristicsinanopen—loopenvironment．Thisinformationcanbeusedforprocesscontrolapplicationstodeterminehowwellandhowfastthecontrolvalverespondstothecontrolvalveinputsignal．ThisstandarddoesnotdefinetheacceptablecontrolvalveperformanceforprocesscontrolnordoesitrestricttheselectionofcontroIvalvesforanyapplication．Ifthisstandardisusedforevaluationoracceptancetesting,thepartiesmayagreetodocumentedvariationsfromtheserequirements．Theinformationusingthedefinedtestmethodsisspecificallyapplicabletoclosed-loopfeedbackcontrolbutmayhavesomeapplicationtoopen—loopcontrolapplications．Itdoesnotaddressvalvesusedinon-offcontroIservice．TestsspecifiedinthisstandardmaynotbesufficienttomeasuretheperformancerequiredforalIapplications．NotalIcontrolvalveapplicationswillrequirethistesting．
